... There is an ad on TV this week where the voiceover refers to a character's "steely eyed mind" but the first 6 times I heard it I thought he said "coeliac mind"

It's just chai, carefully labeled for people who don't realise that chai is made with lots of milk, and with soy instead of cow's milk. I guess the word 'chai' just replaces 'cafe'... now I'm thirsty
